Things people often ask.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The trial is free. The monthly fee starts when you flip your booking page live. Migration help is free for the Studio and Group plans.
Do you take a cut of bookings?
No. The monthly subscription is the only fee from us. Stripe charges their standard 1.5% + 20p per UK card transaction directly to you, and we don't add to that.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing automatic. We won't charge a card we don't have on file. We'll email at day 10 and 14. To stay live past day 14, add a payment method.
Can I bring my domain?
Yes, that's the default. Your booking page lives at book.yoursauna.co.uk, on your own domain, with your TLS cert auto-managed. Or use yoursauna.sauna.management if you prefer.
What if I outgrow my plan?
We won't surprise you. We'll email at 80% of your monthly limit. Upgrading is a one-click change and you only pay the difference, pro-rated.
Can I export my data?
Always. Customers, bookings, reports, all one-click CSV. Your data is yours. If you cancel, you keep the export.
